Since there was no absolute proof of Nala & Bugger being the culprits in the death of 2 barned pigs I implore all to sign this petition immediately as euthasia of these 2 animals scheduled for tomorrow, March 14, 2014. I have spoken with a representive of the Michigan Governor's Office and he tells me MI does not have the death penalty, so I ask why these 2 dogs should die when no proof of guilt apparent but are being put to death for some archaic law passed in 1919? LeBeau is also the Chief Judge Pro Tempore of Monroe County Courts which means he has no one Bench of his own but travels presiding over courts. However this is affiliated with Monroe County Family Court so I ask how does a Family Court get to preside over
an animal law case? He's the one who passed sentence honoring the archaic law, not the evidence.
