In accordance with Article V, Section 1, the following is written: "Private Residence. Each lot in the Property shall be used for private residential purposes only." " No business use; commercial use, day care center or similar business facility shall be carried on in any private residence."

Clearly, the renting out of rooms in a house, be it for one night or more, is a business venture, which is in violation of Article V, Section 1. For this reason, the undersigned petition the Board to enforce the deed restriction as outlined above and require the resident violating this to cease and desist this activity.
