Change the rights of child protective services

I feel that some of these cps workers are abusing the power that they have to judge and condemning and are not trying to help. I feel that if the kids are not in immediate Danger(being hurt or abused ) and the parents are trying to get help or are asking them for help, they should instead of judging that the house is messy and think the parents are not doing their "jobs" to raise them, i feel that the law needs to change to help the parents that are in need of the help. If they have jobs and are paying all the bills and the rent instead of telling the parents you have to find a house and hope its appoved by the state they need to have resources and names of landlords that will accept money from dhs, if not then they need to loosen up the law .
