- Willingness to reflect and admit fault

Grounding in Pedagogy:
- Response to unexpected situations
- How he introduces difficult subjects
- How he makes things relevant
- The ability of the teacher to adjust the presentation of content to fit the needs of students
- Quality of social and emotional interactions with students
