Demand Dismissal of Public Prosecutor For Favouring Cruel Farmer

A terminally-ill animal activist was brutally attacked by Mr. Albert Neuweiler, a beef farmer in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland on a forklift which he used as a weapon to ram his car. The animal activist tried to inform the farmer that his cows no longer had adequate grass to eat and one cow (lying down in picture had a leg sprain injury). As the animal activist tried to escape from the enraged farmer, he accidentally drove his car into a parked utility trailer and damaged his car, but the parked trailer was not damaged. He called the police, but they immediately sided with the influential farmer and covered up the attack. The animal activist was fined for reckless driving, although only HIS car was damaged while trying to flee for his life. The farmer was never charged for any crime and was left unpunished. The fine was only determined one year after the incident because the animal activist indicated he would contest Ms. Corina Stark's (public prosecutor) accusations in court. The fine was substantial and non-payment would mean a prison term. Despite the fact that the animal activist was terminally ill (on dialysis with terminal kidney failure) and couldn't pay the fine, Ms. Corina Stark threatened to put him in jail. The prosecutor was unwilling to properly investigate the case and pursue the farmer. Her actions were unjust, corrupt and unprofessional and we DEMAND her resignation due to her actions. Please sign our petition and demand justice for the terminally-ill animal activist who tried to help the poor cows! We will send the petition to the Director of the Public Prosecution Office.
