why not shut down the puppy farm's

People should sigh because there are so many puppy farm's and all the nice people in the world are trying to stop them. The puppy farmer's are so cruel to them some dog have never seen the light and all the girl dog do is breed and breed until they die or cant do it any more and all the dog sleep on is a cold floor in a little cage. I didnt know people were so cruel until i saw it no animal could be ever that cruel.
