Expand the Heritage Trail to Summitville, NY

While the trail follows the Erie Railroad, Middletown also had a rail connection to Summitville. That means there's a path through the mountains level enough for walking.

Summitville was also on the D&H canal, so if the towpath were paved both trails would be connected.
