I strongly encourage you to sign this petition because no animal should be mistreated this way. Let it be a hard lesson learned for this kid and his parents for allowing this behavior. Stop the abuse now before its to late.

The animal control should never release this pup back to the family. It deserves better. So please look into your hearts and sign. All it takes is one signature at a time and we can make a differance.
