Demand an end to video visitation at Laurel County Jail

Video visitation at Laurel County Jail in London Ky has replaced tradional window visits. The problem with video visits is most of the time the kiosks aren't working correctly and the visit has to be rescheduled. If the visit does work the picture is grainy not like being in person at all. We are there to support our loved ones and the aggravation of video visits are causing more stress.
