Calling for Charges of domestic terrorism to be brought against mainstream news media

Section 802 of the USA PATRIOT Act (Pub. L. No. 107-52) expanded the definition of terrorism to cover ""domestic,"" as opposed to international, terrorism. A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act "dangerous to human life" that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Additionally, the acts have to occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and if they do not, may be regarded as international terrorism.

Mainstream news media has knowingly twisted facts to stir up the population on both side which is a danger to population... using these tactics in coerce the population, influence policy and election, and to stir the public in to violence....

It is the job of news media to be bias and report the facts... the first amendment protect their right to free speech but doesn't protect them from using it to conduct terrorist activities... the main stream news media has abused their power to try to influence elections and even to falsely report pre election news to sway voters... recently they have used their power to stir the population and incite riots...

I call for an FBI investigation into the activities of both owners and reporters. To have charges of domestic terrorism brought against them under the patriot act.
