William Holt has been a car salesman for more than a decade or two. In that time he has learned and perfected how to manipulate the laws, car buying system, and people to extort monies from customers who purchase vehicles at his many places of business; sometimes even fraudulently! He had public arrest many years ago for selling cars in names of deceased persons, as well as persons in nursing homes. He still continues to operate car lot after car lot scamming more and more money from customers selling overpriced, used, and raggedy vehicles by manipulating the sales process.
Three years ago he was a member of Drive Source in Albany, GA where I purchased a 2004 Acura through a fraudulently process and $300 was also taken from me. More recently as of July 10, 2015 I purchased another used vehicle unaware that this was same man who had gotten over on me once before. This time when it was time to purchased my permanent vehicle tag I was unable to do so because the check he sent to pay the TATV bounced. I spent 6 days trying to reach Mr. Holt for clarification and resolution before it finally happened.
Upon remembering that Mr. Holt was in fact a salesman of one of my previous bad car purchases, I engaged a conversation with him through text messages where he openly admitted to taking my $300. As I expressed my anger and outrage on Facebook, many of you came forward who have also been "HAD" by Mr. Holt and expressed desire to also take action against him to get compensation and once and for all put him out of business! We can accomplish this if we take action now together starting with this petition!
