What can be worse for a mother than having her kids taken away? Well a nightmare is occuring each day in my life. My kids were taken away from me 10/2011 for spanking them with a vacuum hose. I lightly tapped them, and no mark was left, but since I did not use my hand it was considered abuse. My case was originally started because I was a victim of domestic violence. They were taken away for two years, because of my case with domestic violence. I have left the man since then, and have fought to get my children back. I had them back for a short time, before this incident happened. Since then I have complied with all the courts demands, I regularly attend parenting classes and therapy. I spend all the time I can with my children when I have my visitation. I want my children back, and would do anything for them, I need help convincing the judge to give me another chance.
