Return Franchesco To His Family!

Dear Debra March,

This letter is to request that you return Franchesco the cat back to Amanda Brown and her son.  
I have created a petition. 102 people (and still more to come) from all over the world have signed it.  There are so many signatures because they all know that it is wrong to keep a pet from their family.  Please let them be reunited.  
There is no reason why a cat should sit in a cage when he could be home.  
Thank you and we are all excited to hear of the reunion.  I know you will find it in your heart to do what's right.
