Demand a set rent cap to end homelessness

Everyone has problems paying bills and with the rent prices skyrocketing it doesn't help matters just makes more problems. With a rent cap landlord's will have to stop raising rents. My goal is to help fight homelessness and help people with fixed income and minimum wage paying jobs stay in there homes.
