Save the Texas Hall Of State! One of the greatest architectural landmarks in Texas

The slowly crumbling Hall of State is a true gem not only to Dallas, but to our great state of Texas. The art deco building was crafted in 1936, designed by prized architect Donald Barthelme, while the muraled Texan heros were hand painted by renowned artist Eugene Savage, Reveau Basset, and James Buchanan Winn.

The Texas Hall of State has always possessed a vital responsibility. To express and preserve the prosperous history of our great state, Texas.

As a proud citizen of the city of Dallas, and the State of Texas, I believe that it is our vital responsibility to preserve this absolutely epic monument of official Art Deco architecture, and great Texas historical representation.

The estimated cost of proper historical restoration is in the ballpark of $8,000,000-$12,000,000. That is a microscopic price to pay in order to preserve such a vital gem of Texas. Next to the Alamo and State Capital, the Texas Hall of State is the greatest representation of Texas history.

As a citizen of Dallas, Texas, and beyond, I ask of you to sign my petition to preserve this absolutely epic Texas gem. I thank you for your contribution, and taking responsibility to restore the precious history that this monument possess.
