Deny Pro-Rape Advocate Roosh V Entry into Canada

Roosh V, on his website, states "Let's make rape legal!" He writes and does public speaking encouraging the sexual violation of women. He is currently organizing a tour of 10 Canadian cities to meet with his supporters to further perpetuate his misogynistic views through the country. By signing now we send a strong message to the Canadian Border Services that we cannot allow promoters of violence and hate speech into the country.

Roosh V encourages his followers to take advantage of young, vulnerable and intoxicated women. He has publicly stated his own methods for doing this. Not only his but he is telling his followers to photograph any woman who tries to protest these events so he can exercise "furious retribution" against them.

Roosh V is a danger in our country. He promotes hate, violence, sexual violence and glaringly states that he will do whatever he wants while in this country.

If enough people sign to tell the the CBSA that this man must be denied entry into our country, we have a good chance of stopping his hateful, violent misogyny from spreading.

We demand that Daryush Valizadeh, popularly known as Roosh V, be denied entry to Canada. Roosh V publicly advocates for the legalization of rape and encourages his followers to prey on young, intoxicated women and advises them how to do this through his website.

By allowing him into the country we are going against Canada's hate speech laws and facilitating a person who publicly advocates violence against women.

We agree that this man must be denied access permanently or until such time as he is not publicly spreading hate speech.

Update #18 years ago
HOORAY! Roosh V has cancelled his meetups for today, citing that he couldn't ensure the safety and privacy of his followers. So, the public pressure has worked!
