After years of Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return (TNVR) making a significant difference in reducing the number of cats and kittens euthanized in Hillsborough County we are in serious danger of witnessing TNVR BEING OUTLAWED IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.
