It's been far too long the IRS have been holding tax payers dollars, and have not provided any information on refund status. I have seen many cases where tax payers are waiting for months without a refund, or a proper status update from IRS. We all have to file our taxed by a given date, so if we are bound by this law IRS should comply to the well being of tax payers. Even when IRS appoves refunds that are electronically file, tax payers are waiting months to get a refund. Tax payers borrow money throughout the year, they depend on refunds to pay loans, or money owed back. The longer they wait, they accumilate interest, or in many cases or sued and brought to court. Please sign the petition to have IRS show more accountability and integrity to tax payers, and citizens of this country.
