Save The Horses

Where I live there are hundreds of starving horses running loose on mined strip mines.  Local people own these horses, but I never see anyone feeding them.

We have a very cold winter here and there are no shelters for them to get in out of the freezing snow and wind.  One horse wondered on my property last Fall looking for something to eat.  It stayed about two weeks in my yard. I called the local shelter and they finally came after two weeks. The horse had wondered off by then.

Please make the people that own these horses feed them or sell them.

No one seems to care around here. The state capital of Kentucky doesn't seem to care either.

The place is located in eastern Kentucky in Breathitt county.  On Russell Branch hill.

I want to know why no one cares or even trys to feed them.

Please sign this petition and try and get the people who own them to feed and shelter them or else sell them to good homes or give them away.

Thank You for your help.
