Solutions every Mayor would be proud of.... 

We provide training and supplies to eligible homeless families and individuals. This project provides evaluations and interviews with potential business ideas and talents. In turn, those who we choose to help get supplies like laptops, phones and rest and roll carts with seats. We provide training, mentoring, and resources. We provide limited funds for beginning stages and provide resources that lend to the poor with no or bad credit and other resources that helps one raise pledges for creative projects.

Through research we have found homeless families growing fast and living in cars or maybe a shelter or a room. Those with potential for success we are trying to reach. We have bandages with free food and soup kitchens but we need a new more permanent solution this I make possible as we make the homeless part of the solution. Business fail the first year all the time even with the best of us. Now we have talents going to waste we have homeless who are striped of human civil rights all 14 of them that the average person has. The homeless if lucky have 3 human rights left. Many are put in prison to get them off the street, making helping them illegal and a crime. Prisoners cost tens of thousands of dollars each year BUT a small apartment cost much less. So now we have a number of States like Utah giving away empty properties as a year project to help the homeless because it is more effective and cheaper for the State, not to mention we are saving a soul. But many know that even with the best homeless prospect not on addictions or crimes, good paying jobs are rare to find. Still they need further help because most jobs require good credit, a home and a car to get there. Many jobs pay minimum pay to homeless ones that is if they can find a job. But if a homeless person had a talent he loved or dreamed to make his own future and make much more then minimum pay, he would succeed. We project a 50-70% success rate to become self-sufficient and contribute to society again. How did I stumble on this great idea? I was homeless 32 months, yes I had an IQ three times higher than most people, I was still homeless. I am a pretty white women and still found myself with no fault of my own homeless. Many fall on hard time with no fault of they own. We owe it to society and those homeless to find the potential ones we can help bring back into society. I teach how to make the flow open by paying it forward without a thing to your name. I interview potential talents and dreams and see if possible with a limited $700 for all supplies and cash we start businesses. Yes we need addresses to start bank accounts and PO Boxes I understand I have been there I am the work of my own hands. Remember the homeless come from all walks of life. I believe around 30% could have great potential. I have spent a long time working the bugs out. Screening long distance in clever ways. I more than anyone know how to operate a business with no start-up monies. As you know the statistics are close to impossible to know and count. We owe it to everyone to have a better system for the tracking the homeless. I have one. I also have a way to train remotely. I also have a way to get them back into society as productive citizens with restored human rights.

Those in power hand over to cops make being homeless a crime arrest beat and kill or just destroy all processions. The pressures and rights are on law enforcement. All human rights taken away then for just being alive and sitting on a bench or step one is beaten to death.
