Get All Cancer Troll Accounts off Social Media!

There is too many troll accounts on social media, a lot of them are unfortanlty attacking cancer! Nobody suffering from cancer should be a target. Troll accounts need to all be closed down. Social Media sites need to stop these accounts from even been made!
