Demand Action on 109 Estate Drive New Iberia La 70563

We (people and neighbors of 109 Estate Drive) have serious concerns over the Hazardous situation at 109 Estate Drive. This home/property has been abandoned for many years with little to NO maintenance. The home has many large holes in roof allowing obvious mold and also birds to dwell inside. Doors have been busted open allowing people and rodents to run through the house openly. Property is over grown with trees and debris. In ground pool is a SERIOUS HAZARD. Pool is completed covered in leaves which serves as camouflage to pets and children. Also the amount of bugs and pest that are living off this pool is frustrating for surrounding neighbors. This place is also such an eye sore for local residents who have the maintained homes on the market for sale. This structure is no longer livable and is beyond repair. We have filed complaint after useless complaint with ZERO results. We would like to see some form of progress on this issue in the very near future. Estate Drive is an older neighborhood but we have very active people who like to keep it safe and clean.
