Make medical marijuana legal in indiana

People with diseases and health issues can be helped by medical marijuana and this miricle plant comes from the earth tobacco is man made and horrible for you and smoking is at fault for 30% of all cancer deaths and responsible for 87% of all lung cancer deaths so why should a thing that is man made and killing people be legal but somthing natural from the earth that can help people with health issues be illegal?
