FREE Sunder: Replace animal welfare law~Sunday, June 15 at 11:00am - 3:00pm in UTC+05:30

Dear Advocates,
In light of the way Sunder's relocation is being handled, we have decided it was necessary to act in a considerably more assertive position than we have been. Our collective voice needs to be loud and clear. We will not accept the way the move is being handled.

The major objections are as follows:
-The Forestry Department is in contempt of court by permitting the process to be hindered.

-The crowds must be banned from the premises.

-Hayder, the abuser must be removed from the scene.

-The elephant experts from Kerala must be allowed to do their work.

-PETAIndia representatives must be allowed to be present during the loading and transfer process.

Sunder is an elephant who is badly abused by his custodians due to toothless animal welfare legislation's, which need immediate replacement by ordinance. We demand book and arrest of all abusers; take immediate custody of Sunder for further prompt rehabilitation.

Please don't forget Skype as a means of reaching the PCCF...Please let them know the world is watching and recognizes that they are obstructing implementation of the Supreme Court order, that we want the crowds banned, Hayder removed from the scene and that the Kerala vets need to be allowed to do their job uninterrupted. Thanks!
