A forced proprosal to congress for a new amendment to congress for the 28th amendment.

    A proposal for a new amendment to congress that states "The liberty of internet freedom shall not be infringed." It will bust up the Facebook and YouTube monopolies. If they violate this, then the government has the right to shut down their entire website and company. Sense this is a new technology, the founding fathers have not planned for this, thus we need a new amendment.
