China's family planning policy is well known worldwide. In Tibet it is only a mask for a systematic violence against women. It appears in a form of: *Forced or coerced sterilization It is done without anesthetics with non-sterilized equipment.Any woman who does not submit to a sterilization is subject to a fine. This usually means the loss of their job or property. *Forced abortion Sometimes in the fith or sixth, up to the ninth month of pregnancy.Tibet Justice Center reports about a late term abortion performed on a woman six months pregnant at the time: They injected a needle in her stomach, and she gave birth. The baby was delivered and put in a bowl. The baby moved for a few minutes and then died. The baby had a hole in its head.
*Infant homicide Affects all the women without "Certified to bear child" document. Their baby is killed at birth.
* Monitoring of reproductive cycles This includes a practice of monthly or even weekly vaginal exams of women in their homes. Such surveillance is conducted to uncover any illegal, hidden pregnancy and end it up in an abortion.
Keep up the great work. Look what you've accomplished!
