Live.Me banning good Broadcasters for puny 1st time mistakes

The problem I want to fight is the simple fact that Live.Me is banning many good quality broadcasters for insignificant 1st time mistakes. Something that happens by mishap or unintentionally shouldn't be a bannable offense, a verbal (E-Mail) warning a week suspension maybe but not a ban for life. Be realistic. Those that purposely cause drama or those that intentionally expose themselves to gain followers and/or gifts should also have a 1st offense punishment that allows them to eventually redeem themselves. They put money onto the app, others put money on the app and gift them. I was told by a Live.Me support representative that if a broadcaster violates policy they get banned. I replied ok, what happens to all their coins and diamonds? They replied that the broadcaster forfeits all diamonds and coins to live.me. Lets compare this to the real world shall we. So you mean to tell me that a female broadcaster that post an erotic yet fully clothed picture as her profile picture will 1) Get you banned and 2) Forfeit all Items of monetary value. No the real world comparison would be Petty Theft. Most places don't you think they would kick them out of the store for a year after made to return whatever goods they stole, 2nd offense maybe a night or 2 in jail. According to Live.Me commit a small crime your going to prison for life and anything you own will be given to the state rather than the family keep the belongs. Isn't that like double Jeopardy. Sounds far-fetched to me. They say strength I numbers, well I for one know there are more broadcasters and viewers than there are live.me employees so please stand with me and fight these rediculous bans.

By the way I used that scenario for live.me situation because that is exactly what happen to a friend and fellow broadcaster of mine.
