Demand an Ending in terminating substitute teachers from staffing agencies.

When substituting at different schools, they get negative feedback on job performances which is total discrimination and could cause educators including myself to be out of work. People nick pick educators of what they are doing wrong. These administrators, teachers and paraeducators need to stop and think of what they are doing in their positions. What I want to happen immediately is for school administrators, staff and recruiters from staffing agencies need to stop taking advantage of the substitute teachers who have disabilities.
