No more 7 point scale. 10 point scales in FDHS

The 7 point scale is the reason why the kids in the schools here are failing.
When you take a 4 question quiz, getting 3/4 questions right means you would get a 75 or a "D". You know 75% of the information but are getting punished for not understanding it all.
A 10 point scale would give kids more breathing room to pass and make that 75% a "C", which is considered average.
The 7 point scale is suppose to make you push harder and get the good grades you want but, not everyone is the same. Some people can push and understand everything but some can still push just as hard and not understand the info. So having breathing room to get a grade that accurately shows what you understand would be better for people who can't undertands every bit of info they are presented
