Hello fellow Care act followers, I write to you today in a desperate plea for justice. Just recently, a man was convicted of RAPING his 3 year old daughter and walked away with a mere slap on the wrist, all because the judge (Judge Jan Jurden , Delaware superior court) decided he wouldn't do well in prison, I'm sure his 3 year old daughter wasn't doing so great when he was sexually assaulting her either, but I guess that's what this world has come to.
This same man also admitted to sexually assaulting his son who was just and infant at the time. You are probably asking yourself why this monster of a human being isn't behind bars. It might have something to do with the fact that this man is Robert H. Richards, an heir to the Dupont chemical company, one of the largest chemical company's in the world and worth millions of dollars. Apparently the superior court cares more about payoffs and slipped dollars bills then the well being of the innocent children, much less people, in this country. So I'm asking you to please help me take action in giving this animal what he deserves, a proper punishment for a horrendous crime.
I am petitioning that the usual 2nd degree rape sentence of 15yrs be implemented as well as restitution and compensation for his ex-wife and her poor children for life. I don't think anything less will suffice. PLEASE sign and show your support for justice.
