Prosecute dog owners for allowing yard dog fight and remove all animals from these people

Please sign this petition to urge the Oklahoma Police to charge and prosecute fully the owners of these yard dogs that were allowed to fight and gravely wound another dog. Irresponsible owners should be banned for life from owning animals if they canot train nor care for aniamls.

Dear Chief Citty


 


I am writing to you regarding a disturbing video of three yard dogs attacking another animal that has emerged that is said to take place in Oklahoma City. This video is now widely viewable on the internet. From reading about this incident it seems there has been no formal prosecution of the animal owners for allowing this incident to take place.


 


Irresponsible animal owners should not be allowed to have animals as pets or guard dogs if they can neither control or care for them adequately.


 


I have started this petition to gain support from general members of the public to show that as concerned and compassionate people we do not care to read about this sort of incident and we wish that should such incidents occur those responsible are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law to act a deterrent to others.
