Tell Trump: Don't be a coward! Meet with student leaders who survived Parkland school shooting!

In the wake of last week's horrific school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, President Trump refused to meet with student survivors before their February 17 rally against gun violence.

When he finally did agree to meet with survivors he declined to invite the school's most vocal activists who have brought attention our nation's plague of gun violence — the "Never Again" leaders, Emma Gonzalez, David Hogg, Cameron Kasky, Alfonso Calderon, Jaclyn Corin, and Sarah Chadwick.

Trump is literally adding insult to injury, and we refuse to stand for it.

The students of Parkland have had to live through a tragedy that no one should have to endure, and yet, because of Republican obstruction and inaction, these massacres remain a daily real threat of American life.

The student survivors of Parkland have risen from tragedy to demand action where our Republican government — bought and paid for by 100 million NRA dollars in 2016 alone — has refused.

Their tremendous courage should be celebrated not insulted, and Trump must not be allowed to get away this egregious slight. Add your name to demand the president give these brave survivors the meeting they deserve.
