Highway Maintanance & Walksways

As a very small private community with only 18 properties, the local authority for whatever reason have neglected our basic rights as rate paying residents and have chosen not to resurface the road or do the pavement. All that appears to happens is sporadic unsuccessful patching of some areas which dose not last for very long.
