Stop Nestle from bottling water taken from the Coachella Valley (Colorado desert) Aquifer

Nestle and their water bottling process is being boycotted in Europe at this time (regarding bottling water in Africa). Nestle Water North America Inc. is based in Cabazon, California where Nestle has an agreement with the Morongo Band of Cahuilla Indians to bottle water taken (rightfully awarded to the Band) from the Coachella Valley Aquifer. The Coachella Valley is a part of the Colorado Desert in Southern Califonia. This is a desert water aquifer from which, Nestle has allegedly removed up to 2.5 billion gallons for sale, obviously with the consent of those who "own" the water , the Morongo Band of the Cahuilla Indians. Petition Nestle to cease desist and move its corporate headquarters in bottling water to a location abundant in water resources, not from a desert aquifer. Thank you !! Raise hell !!

[first edit: Morongo Band, not the Agua Caliente Band of the Cahuilla Indians]

You have to wonder why Nestle "North America Water Inc" is located in the desert !!

There appear to be a number of petitions world wide against Nestle practices.  Here, in Southern California it has been discovered that Nestle's permit for bottling water has been expired since 1988.  An investigative report by the local news, the Desert Sun:  http://www.newsweek.com/nestles-california-water-permit-expired-27-years-ago-321940
