WE, the undersigned, demand, that you investigate, prosecute, these criminally corrupt, City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, public officials.
This City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, are all of these, criminally corrupt, racist, oppressors, overlords.
Who purposely, caused, this City, owned, 803, two-story, apartments, built in 1941, known as Beecher Terrace, to be unfit, unsafe, unsanitary, indecent, unhealthy, uninhabitable, Slums.
Who they caused to be where is this City, highest, family disputes, divorces, crime rates, and incarcerations.
Who purposely, caused, all of these City, generations, of children, infants, newborns, unborn, not to be educable, purposely, causing, to remain poor, by purposely, causing, not, to be productive, profitable, self-reliant, self-sufficient, financially, independent.
Why for all of these, past, generations, they purposely, never, removed, eradicated, lead based paint, lead based paint, dust particulates, neurotoxins, why they are purposely, not maintaining, to purposely, cause, black molds, T2, trichothecene, mycotoxins.
Why they are purposely, leasing, to inhale, ingest, to purposely, cause, permanent, physical, harms, causing, mass-deaths, and fetal, homicides.
Why they are purposely, causing, these low-income, children infants, newborns, unborn, who are strong enough to, survive, permanent, brain damages, to purposely, cause, memory loss, hearing loss, vision loss, attention disorders, learning disabilities, school dropouts.
Why they are, purposely, causing, depressions, angers, anxieties, aggressions, criminalization's, incarcerations, and to cause, as each years, passes, to worsen, intensify.
Why they are, purposely, forcing, these generations, of these low-income, sickened, survivors, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, homeless.
For all of these, criminally corrupt, City Government, racists, oppressors, overlords, organized, crime members, public officials, to get rich, embezzling, all of these Federal Governments, funds, and grants.
By causing, all of this City, generations, to remain, poor.
