Demand that Access Management Company be replaced by another Management Vendor

As a homeowner residing in Stoneybrook Hills, and a member of the Homeowners Association I find that the Management Company, Access Management has failed to provide us with competent management services and therefore we request that the contract with Access Management Company by dissolved and that the Board of Directors of Stoneybrook Hills Homeowners Association begin the process of hiring another Association Management Company or an individual Community Manager.
