In light of today's events at the hearing and the fact you did not offer us any explanation we could understand as to why you granted Mr. Krueger's request for withdrawal, it severely, crippled our case of 4 years. In the entire process, in our opinion, the only one of the judges willing to take what we presented seriously and seem to pursue justice was Judge Griffis. According to your Facebook page, it may be a good idea for you to step down from this case considering you have a relationship with some of the parties in this case, pacifically, Gainesville Regional Utilities. We respectfully request you remove yourself from our case and transfer it back to Judge Griffis.
