Abolish the House of Lords now

The House of Lords have been having a say in the running of this country for a few hundred years. No one can really explain why this country cannot run perfectly well without a second house in this day and age. The money saved from the abolishment of this, and the expenses it would save, would get the NHS back on an even keel.
