I am the grand father of Oshay. Your help in returning him to his family and friends will be greatly appreciated.
- He was tried by an all white middle aged jury. At the time of his trial he was a teenager just out of high school. I was under the impression the a jury was to be comprised of one's peers.
- His defense attorney was terminally ill. He died a short time after Oshay's conviction. His initial appeal was handled by another attorney who was not involved with the original trial. In light of the defense attorneys illness, I do not beleive that Oshay's defense was adequate.
- The only eyewitness identified another individual. The individual identified by the eyewitness was never questioned.
