Demand an End to Mind Control Experimentation

I am a victim of electronic harassment. I am part of a "mind control" experiment that is being conducted on U.S. civilians by our own government, the CIA and our military.

The torment I endure is 24/7, and has been going on for over 1 year. I hear their voices through V2K (voice to skull), which is the transmission of voice, or any other audible or subliminal sound, directly into the hearing sense of a person or animal. It is a combination of real voices and auto-recordings that replay abusive and hurtful comments repeatedly.

Remote neural monitoring is used to read and monitor my every thought, while an auto-recorder repeats and/or responds to the thought. The voices will often talk or respond also. There is always a constant disruption to my thought process.

Remote hypnosis is used frequently. I was hypnotized every day and night from August to December with very little sleep during those months. They would keep me awake for days, and when they would allow me to start to fall asleep they would "pulse" or shock me with some kind of directed energy weapon. This "pulsing" can be turned up to a very painful level which has been used on various parts of my body.

Through Energy Simulation, another person's energy can be put "over" me, which is as if you were combining two people. It also allows them to see through your eyes, so they can literally see what I see.

They put me through simulated gang rapes, in which it felt like I had 2 or 3 football players on top of me at a time. This went on for 2 days straight, only stopping for a few minutes at a time in between each "rape". The corners of my mouth were red and raw from the simulated semen (yes, that's right- they can even send signals to the brain in which the body reacts) all without a soul being in the room and leaving no trace of any evidence.

Abuse is part of the "experiment". I have received images of child pornography, beastialitality, and rape during the hypnosis.

As if this gross injustice isn't enough, the radiation from these electromagnetic waves are extremely harmful to the cell in the body. 

This has had a noticeable effect on my body and mind.  My face has aged more in this past year than it ever has.  I also suffer memory loss, confusion, and have become very apathetic sine this has started. 

Directed energy and neurological weapons are also being tested and used not just on me, but also on my pets. I hear the voices telling my dog to bark, and then he does. He acts out of character and has cried at nothing.
