Disciplinary action for aggression and manhandling

Hello guys, yesterday around 6 pm I was sitting on the seats outside SDSB smoking a cigarette. Obviously I was at fault since there is a "no smoking" sign there. Professor Jamshed H Khan was kind enough to point out my transgression by taking valuable time out of his busy life to especially come out of his building to tell me to not smoke there. Obviously, he cares a great deal about not only the students but the enviornment as well, a pious man who prays regularly in the mosque.
If someone gets bugged by me smoking, I personally make it a point to move from there. It becomes binding on me to leave that place. And so I did. As I was leaving, he stops me and asks me if I am a student of LUMS. Considering that he was kind enough to point out my transgression, I decided to lie to him that I was not, in order to avoid an unnecessary lecture as I had an exam at 8 am and I had to go study. Mr. Jamshed then decided to get romantic and hold my wrist tightly and forcibly remove the cigarette from my hand, saying that I had no right being there since I was not from LUMS and that he would love to take me out to the security office. Well, I am not one to decline invitations. so I openly agreed and said lets go. Then he stopped pulling me, butkept asking what I was doing in LUMS. While this was happening, his tone became increasingly aggressive and his hold on my wrist tighter. I asked him respectfully to let go of my hand, which he refused to do. I asked him 3 times, but he didn't. Then I told him I was a LUMS student, and I would like to prove it by taking out my wallet and showing it to him, and this could not be possible if he did not let go of my hand, as I needed it to reach my back pocket. When he realized I was a student, and he was becoming too aggressive, he let me go and told me that he took it as an insult that I didn't tell him before. I said okay, but I am not obligated to reveal my true identity if someone asks me too. Then he went away.
This episode was witnessed by a senior Uzair Khalid, his two friends and senior Sabeeh Yunus. To be clear, I had no idea he was an instructor until the witnesses told me, and I gave him respect based on his age. I would like to know who has given instructors such authority? From what I have heard after investigating about this instructor after this incident, I am not the only one who has been a victim of Professor Jamshed's aggression. I had to remind the instructor that I was talking very nicely to him, so he should calm down. He did not. Even my parents have never held my wrist like this to be honest if they were angry with me. I would like to ask who gave him the role of a messiah over here, making him in charge of imparting the right "LUMS values" to students, and in this way?
