Demand TX CPS be policed by outside agency, Now!!!!!

CPS IS policed by their own agency. Parents rights are being ignored, they lie to meet their own agendas and need to be regulated by a stand alone agency. Children are being abused and neglected in their care and parents can do nothing about it. Sign the petition to present to the Texas legislature to have an outside agency police their system.
