Increase Funding of Community Colleges

Private College funding has increase drastically in the past couple years, while community college funding has not. Many American families can not afford a full 4 year education at a private university, and instead choose to go to community colleges with plans to transfer to private universities. However, the lack of funding for our community colleges result in many of the teens failing to transfer. They are unable to get the high quality education they need to successfully transition to a rigorous private university. If the funding for community colleges is increased, the quality of this education would also increase and allow for more of our youth to achieve their dreams.
