Demand to Fix Street Lights on North Block of Park Avenue to prevent Crime!

The street lights on the North block of Park Avenue in the 4th Ward of Waukegan, IL have very limited lighting and one of the few lighting fixtures there has been out for quite some time. Due to the block being poorly lit in later hours of the night it has become more dangerous than usual and we have seen a spike in crime. We are petitioning the Mayor of Waukegan to fix this issue as soon as possible before more violent crimes occur and affect our neighbors and innocent citizens of Waukegan.
