Harrier Developements have served papers on Fenland District Council with regard to a Judicial Review against the building of a new Sainsbury store and country park on the edge of Whittlesey which, if successful, will destroy all of the hopes we have had for Whittlesey and worked for over the last three years and what has been achieved by the people power of Whittlesey.
Unfortunately this puts the whole scheme on hold until a judge decides if the challenge has any merits. A scheme that will deliver a Superstore ,a new Health Centre, a Country Park, A Business Park, asssist Coates Athletic build a new Facility and other benefits.
We need Harrier Developments and Richard Sears to realise that this development is one the people of Whittlesey WANT, and they should stop any objections NOW.
