Demand the conditional Release of Rene Lima-Marin

Please on behalf of the wife and children now invoveld with the mistaken release of prisoner Rene Lima-Marin and his subsequent return to incarceration. Come up with a plan that will allow him to contiue his penal obligations, while allowing him to meet those of a now Father and Husband.
