Help me make Awareness so the military will use the laws in place. Children must be protected. If this was your child scared crying fearful of every sound everyday waiting for their attacker to come back. Then one day they had to face them and no one made provisions when they could have what would you do? These children have already been hurt sexually assaulted abused scared for life it will remain with them for life. For them to be treated like little criminals in away there is no sense. For the accused to be able to have more rights than the child they brutually scared for life and the military not to  protect them there are no words there are at least 15 laws that prosecution can use and the judge can impliment to protect children while they testify please help me to protect future children so what happened to mine and I'm sure many other babies everyday doesn't happen again thank you 

To help protect the rights of innocent children who have already been victimized, abused, and lost their innocence. My ex husband Andrew Morgan Jones  sexually assaulted my daughter while going through a court martial the military told me there were no provisions for my children. Come to find out there were numerous things that could have and should have been done to protect the emotional wellbeing of my little girl, who had already been threaten and scared for her life and could not testify. While he was convicted for one of my children the other two cases were dropped.These children deserve to be protected while going through this. There are laws in place for a reason however the military is not enforcing them for these children. My youngest daughter peed herself my autisic son was hospitalized due to the abuse from me ex husband. And this poor child didn't even have a advocate while testifying. It is hard enough for these children who have been abused and sexually assaulted to try to face the people who have done this to them most can't but the ones that come forward should be protected. Especially when they have the evidence to prove it. This man threaten to kill these children and myself they fear for their life So and they were further damaged at court the judge could have brought them in chambers put a black sheet up so they didn't see the accussed. There are other children right now that are facing what my little ones did. And other predators will be set free because a child couldn't speak. We are their voice provisions are put in place for a reason to be utilized so these children will not be further damged than they are. So please help me to bring awareness so the military will utilize the laws that are in place to protect our little ones who are already going face many years of healing.
