Please urge Philadelphia to stop using plastic bags.

We have an overwhelming amount of trash in the city of brotherly love. We also have an overwhelming amount of plasti bags that doi not biodegrate. Animals are dying due to this. Particulary, the sea turtle. Let's do our part to make a difference.
