Michael Jackson is completely innocent!

Dear Michael Jackson's fans, with this petition we seriously want to try to stop the last false and defamatory allegations by Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who proclaimed Michael's absolute innocence until some time ago, denying any kind of accusations, defending him in court, even under oath and were praising him for his generosity.
Two people who Michael naively stood by, opening his heart, his home to them and even helping them with their carrers.
In our opinion this trial would only finally destroy the image of a great artist and even a greater man. A man whose only fault was to follow what God asked us: open up our hearth's doors to children, to be like them.
It's sad and painful to think that today, after five years from his early death, the people who surrounded him still thinking only how to cash from his name, not caring for his reputation. It's obvious that these continuing accusations are nothing else than a new conspiracy, behind the back of a person that is not even present to defend himself anymore, a person who said that rather than hurting any child he'd prefer to slit his wrists, who gave his boyd and soul for charity, who helped milions of sick kids giving them a smile and the chance to be happy, a person who wasn't asking anything except a little love and peace and who suffered hell throughout all his life.
We call him a martyr of our times, we think this is the definition that suits him the most for what he had to going through 'til the very end.

He's been the target of any kind of wicked action and inhuman cruelty, he's been always treated like a puppet, a money making machine, laughed at, judged by the media and by public opinion and betrayed by those he considered friends.

" We ask the supreme court of Los Angeles to not pursue the trial for child abuse's allegations claimed by Mr Wade Robson and Mr James Safechunk against Michael Jackson and his Estate, for lack of credibility and evidence of these accusations.
We are all sure that these new accusations are no more than the further attempt to wring money from the huge patrimony left behind by the artist, given the fact that both the supposed victims always claimed Mr Jackson innocence and Wade Robson even has been a significant part for the defence in the Gavin Arvizio's trial in 2005, where, under oath, he even denied any kind of accusation against Michael Jackson and where, we think it's right to remeber, Michael Jackson has been declared innocent and was acquitted from all charges.

We find useless and inappropriate this trial after all this time against a person who died five year ago by now and who came out clean from any previous accusation. The only thing you could get from it would be, in our opinion, a huge and irreversible damage to his image, his legacy and his family and would only continue to encourage an obvious extortion by these people who are clearly ill-intentioned.
We would farther like to remind you the many contraddictions by Mr Robson in telling the dynamic of these supposed facts, a clearly sign that he's undoubtedly lying for his dirty interests.
Therefore we ask to consider our demand not allowing the dignity of a great artist, who gave so much to this world, to be stomp again.
To the lawyer and to all who are representing Michael Jackson's Estate we ask, if there should be a trial, to not pay the money asked by Mr Robson and Mr Safechunk, cause the decision to do that, like the lawyer Tom Mesereau also stated, would only lead to giving a negative and guilty image of Michael Jackson, like it already happened in 1992, in the Jordan and Evan Chandler's trial, where his reputation was torn apart and where a series of lies and attempts of extortion started since up to 2005's trial.
We also ask to hire Mr Tom Mesereau for Michael Jackson and his Estate's defence, because he has a lot fo experience in this field and knows the accusers well. We think that would be the best solution, since it was Mr Mesereau that swept away any false accuse in the previous trial and we are sure that also in this situation he would be able to unearth the real intentions of these people and confirm once again the complete innocence of Michael Jackson.
