Demand Labels on Genetically Modified Food!
GMO foods make up around 70% of all foods in the average grocery store. While many of us want to avoid GMO foods, it is difficult to do so without clear labels. Many countries around the world have banned GMO foods, but we still allow it and don't even label it. Help fight for fair labeling, so that those of us who do not want to ingest unnatural foods can protect ourselves and our families from the unknown health consequences that come from eating GMO foods!
Dear CEO of Monsanto,
Just like the FDA requires foods to be labeled with nutritional information, we believe that genetically modified foods should also contain a label. Labeling GMO food would inform the public about what is and isn't genetically modified and allow them to choose for themselves. We believe that proper labeling is the only just way to market GMO foods. Please begin placing labels on your products that have been genetically modified in any way.
